For eligible returns, Mascioni Hotel Collection provides a pre-paid FedEx label via the returns link on the website. To avoid drop-offs, you may schedule a FedEx pick-up from your home.

While we do not provide fabric samples of our artisan linens, Mascioni Hotel Collection is committed to your delight. We offer both a thirty-day trial period and free U.S shipping and returns on all purchases.

Orders

Your exclusive discount code may be entered at time of checkout; simply type your code into the “Discount Code” field. Thank you for using only one discount code per order.

You may request to change or cancel your order by emailing concierge@mascionihotelcollection.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Orders that have not yet been processed are eligible to be changed or cancelled. If your order has already been processed, you may request a return once you receive your package. Cancelled orders will be credited back in the original form of payment. If a temporary hold was placed on your credit or debit card, please allow 5-10 business days for the hold to be released by your financial institution.

After your order for artisan textiles is placed, you may track its shipment using your order confirmation email. You may also contact our Client Care team.

Yes, we are required to collect sales tax in all states.

Payments

We are pleased to accept all major credit cards and Pay Pal.

Mascioni Hotel Collection does not store any credit card information; therefore, we must charge credit cards at the time of ordering. Your transaction will post to your account within 2-3 business days after your order is placed, depending on your card issuer.

We do not offer gift cards at this time. However, you may purchase Mascioni Hotel Collection linen as a gift by sending them directly to the recipient.

Returns

We want you to be 100 percent delighted with your exquisite linens from Cuvio, Italy. If for any reason you are not delighted with any portion of your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any original shipping or handling charges.

Mascioni Hotel Collection offers free shipping on all returns. Simply click the link below or go to the “returns” link at the bottom of the home page and enter your order number and shipping zip code to generate your free shipping label. If you need multiple shipping labels, simply select 1 item per label. After you select the first item, click the “print return label,” then re-enter the returns page and select the next item you want to return and click the “print return label” again for a new, unique free shipping label. We are pleased to refund returns in the original form of payment, minus any shipping and handling that may have been charged. If a discount was applied at purchase, that discount will be proportionally applied to the credit. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, please allow 5-10 business days for processing,

We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you may return your original order and place a new order to ensure your fine textile order is perfetto.

Estimated delivery on orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00 PM EST is 5-7 business days.

If you need your exquisite Italian linens quickly, we offer expedited 2nd-day and overnight shipping. Pricing is determined based on your specific order. Your order must be placed by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, M-F for same-day shipment. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.
